At Good Bean Co, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. SHIPPING AND RETURN

Shipping costs are determined on a per order basis, and will be calculated upon checkout. Costs are determined based on size and weight of products purchased, as well as other factors like shipping destination.

Currently, orders will be ship out by International Thailand Postal Service. Your order should take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Other options will soon be available in the future.  

Orders will normally be shipped out within 24 hours of completed payment, but on occassion the process may take longer. Orders will only be shipped during normal business days (Monday thru Friday, excluding Holidays).

Due to issues with lost and/stolen packages , we currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Customers who place orders for shipment to P.O. Boxes will be asked to provide a different shipping address. Should one not be available, a full refund will be issued. 


Usually, refunds appear in your account 1-3 business days from the time we initiate the refund, also depending on the speed of your bank.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any information you provide is kept in confidence and is secure. We only use your information to conduct our regular business. We do not sell or share our customers' personal information with advertisers or anyone else.
